Meta has paused those plans, spokesperson Tyler Yee confirms to <em>The Verge<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company is <em>not<\/em> giving up on the idea of a subscription fee for certain features &#8211; that&#8217;s still moving forward.
